Mr. Izquierdo (law firm founder), is a former insurance defense litigator with a breadth of experience in litigating insurance claims. He is an experienced trial attorney who has handled cases at every level; from trial all the way up to the Georgia Court of Appeals. Together with his knowledge and memberships to the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and American Trial Lawyers Association he is well equipped to handle the entire range of work injuries as well as personal injuries.
He began his legal career at one of the most prominent insurance defense litigation firms in the Southeast. For years now, he has used that knowledge and experience to ensure his clients receive the utmost respect and greatest value in their injury claims. Mr. Izquierdo from the beginning of representation analyzes all factual and legal aspects of the claim to ensure all income and medical benefits under Georgia law are honored.
